Setting up resources

How do I set up resources to be used for meetings? Do
these get set up on the server as accounts? Any help
would be appreciated. When I was looking at the help in
Outlook I saw something about a resource administrator,
how is this designated?
 
I was just asked to do this yesterday...I am learning
too. Try looking in Outlook Help "About scheduling
resources"

Create a user account for the resource and configure a
mailbox for the resource. Go to Tools Options,
Calendaring and click on Resources. Give permissions to
those who will be calendaring.
