setting up page for different resolutions

The layout of some of my pages are messed up at different resolutions. If I
make columns to cover the width of the page and make their individual width
settings always add up to 100% - will they always take up 100% of the page
regardless of what resolution the viewer is using? I'll bet life is not that
simple. I'm talking about the home page on this site www.sub-zeroboots.com.
It's Ok at 800x600 but some of the other resolutions throw the layout all
over the place.
Appreciate your help.

It looks fine at 1152 x 864. At what resolution was this an issue? Colin M. McGroarty

I think 1024 x768 is the dodgy one (cannot get my monitor to run this very
easily - a visitor to the site told me about it, but he did not tell me what
resolution he is running at!) Michael Roberts
