Setting up Outlook e-mail account

I'm trying to launch Outlook e-mail account, Yahoo is my ISP. I've made it
to the screen where I test account settings and a sceen pops up for "Enter
Network Password". Server is: pop.mail.yahoo.com, my user name and password
are entered, I click OK and then the screen comes back again. I'm unable to
get past this point. Any suggestions??

Did you *pay* Yahoo to have access to their POP and SMTP mail hosts?
Paid accounts get access. Free accounts do not.
