I'm not too knowledgeable on using computers, is there someone out there that
can help me setup my OE account. So that I am able to post to newsgroups.
Where do I find my server? How can I tell if its POP3 or IMAP? I need serious
help as you can see. Thanks in advance.

OE has been replaced with Windows Mail in Vista.

POP & IMAP are email servers, not for newsgroups.

To set up your email, you need to contact your email provider to see what
their server names are, and if they use certain ports.
If you use a web-based email account, it doesn't work with Windows Mail.

We can't answer those questions because it all depends on what
your ISP or mail provider has made available to you. Who is your
ISP or mail provider? They will typically have a web page that shows
you how to set up your email program.
Incidentally, the email program included with Vista is called
Windows Mail, not Outlook Express. Are you running Vista or XP
on your computer?
