Setting up new computer and trying to get old emails into new acct

I just bought a new computer and loaded by high speed
internet software, which set up a new Outlook Express.

On my old computer, I have several emails in my inbox and
others folder that I want to show up in my new Outlook
Express. Any Help would be appreciated.
