Setting up my e-mail account

can anyone help me set up my email. What would my outgoing e-mail server
(smtp) name?

Contact you mail service provider if it is a mail provider account which you
want to set up..

Windows Mail will not accept web based mail accounts like Yahoo or Hotmail.
You have to download and run Windows Live Mail if you want your web based
mail all going into one client

Yahoo can be received in Windows Mail, but it has to be the type of Yahoo
account which you pay for, not the free one
