Hi Eric,

Outlook profiles are independent. That means, you cannot
see the accounts, data, etc. of a profile in another one.

Though, you can add the pst-file to each profile to access
the data, but I think that's not what you want to do.

Normally you add all accounts to one profile, via Tools|
E-Mail Accounts (OL2002/OL2003) or Tools|Services
(OL2000, CW), for example.

What version do you use?

Hello Eric,
I am using outlook 2000. An email won't show up in my
account versus another one until it has been read....then
it sits in the inbox of all accounts. do i need to assign
a personal folder file to each account?

what do you exactly want to achieve?

You can create a lot of different mail accounts within
one profile in OL2000. All accounts are fetched
together. All incoming mails are saved to the inbox folder.

Eric:

Are you saying that you want each Account to effectively
have its own mailbox? If that is what you are saying,
then that is the same thing I have been always looking
for. I have 4 different accounts, and I want them each to
be handled separately, not all coming into the same
viewing area. Don't know if there is a way to do that,
and I don't know if that first answer answered your
question.
