setting up in a domain

I run a non-profit and would like to understand how to set up BCM in a domain
environement. I have two servers an exchange 2003 and a sql server. I am
trying to see if BCM can easily share customer information across 12-15
users. Hopefully the file doesn't have to be resident on any one PC and can
reside on the server.

I also run Microsoft Small Business Financials (Subset of GreatPlains) and
wonder if the customer/vendor financial information will link to BCM as well.
If so how do you do this? Neither of my Microsoft business partners have a
clue how to help me.

So help if you can. I am NOT any kind of power user.

Technically you can hook everything up, but 12-15 users sharing the
BCM database will be a large strain on the database, and probably make
Outlook/BCM too slow. None of the Great Plains products connect with
BCM.

I think you should look at MSCRM because it's designed for your number
of users and it is more likely to have integration with Great Plains
products.
