setting up e-mail in winM

I am having a problem getting my yahoo mail to come over to WinM. This is
the error message that I get. Could someone please help me? Account:
'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR popgate unknown command', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

To connect to yahoo.com from Windows Mail, you have to either pay
extra or install YPOPs:
