Setting up an "Outlook Bar" in Access 2000

Here is one that I have yet to find an answer to..

Is there a piece of code or a control available to be able to replicate the
"Outlook Style Bar" from Outlook into Access 2000? I am looking for a cleaner
way to get into my forms without using Switchborads and individual menu
forms.

Any help will be appreciated.
