I am moving in with some roommates soon, and I was wondering how to set
up an internet only guest account, where anyone can come along, and
surf the web, and play one game I have installed, and nothing else. I
googled and found how to protect files, but how do you do the same with
applications? I basically want to have no access and not even show any
other programs or files, like a brand new out of the box computer, is
this possible? I am running xp pro.

Create a user account called "Visitors" and then lock it down either
with Group Policies (gpedit.msc) or the MS Shared Computer Toolkit.
