Can anyone help me set up my email account? They are asking me for my server
etc...??

You would have to supply more information than you have. Since your're in
this newsgroup I assume you're using Windows Mail. You can get this
information for configuring WM from your ISP or email provider. All the
information will be entered under Tools then Accounts on the Windows Mail
menu. Find out if your mail account is POP3 (such as GMail) or a web based
account (such as Hotmail). If it's a web based account like Hotmail you can
usually go to their web site and find out the settings. If it's Pop3 you'll
need to ask your ISP or whoever provides the mail service the address of
their incoming and outgoing serves, whether they require authentification,
etc.

Follow the money.

You, or someone, pays your Internet Service Provider
for email services so you might as well get your moneys worth
asking them or at least consulting their website.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if you already had some
documentation, that you haven't read, that gives the details
and simple instructions set up your system.

If you are disinclined to do some minimal leg work on
your own behalf them tell us who your ISP is
and we'll find out the details for you.
