I had a home network set-up that was working fine until
about 2 days ago. One of the computers that is in the
network all of the sudden could not connect. I have tried
re-establishing the connection many times-- checked the
firewalls, etc.
So I tried to set up a new network-- the problem computer
is giving this error msg:
Spooler Sub SYS APP has encountered a problem and will
have to close We are sorry for the inconvience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information
you were working on might be lost.

I cannot send an error report as I connot get an internet
connection for the problem computer.

The server is running Windows XP Pro, Blackice Firewall.

The problem computer is running Windows XP Home.

Pat,
On problem PC with XP home go to administrative tools then
click services then scroll down and check "server" to make
sure it is started and set to auto start. This worked for
me on a similar problem, good luck.
