Recently set up a wireless network and looking to share a
printer. Ran the Network Setup Wizard and ran fine on the
desktop but not on the laptop. Received the error
message "the wizard detect this computer belongs to a
domain and this wizard cannot be used to setup a network."
Looking to have the laptop belong to a home network and
share print resources.

If the laptop is in a domain, it is usually setup this way so that it can
share resources on a business network. Is this laptop used at work? If it
is for work and you remove it from the domain, you may face issues with
trying to get it back on the domain. Even worse, if you don't know the
local administrator password and you remove it from the domain, you won't
be able to login again without a network administrator's assistance.
