Setting up a different as my default brower

How do I set it up so when I click on a webpage link a
browser such as Opera will be the default brower on my
computer and always be opened and not IE?

Greetings John,

If you have Windows XP SP1a installed, please follow steps below:

1) Start > Control Panel > "Add/Remove Programs"
2) Choose "Set Program Access and Defaults" and choose "Custom"

There you have it!
