I'm wanting to set up something to auto-dial people I have listed in a database
and then read a canned message to them. Something along the order of, "due to
the heavy rains, the soccer game scheduled for this evening at 6pm is
cancelled, pracatice tomorrow night at 5pm on field three. Windows' address
book has a place to store contacts and a phone number for them, when i go under
control panel and then sounds, I can type in a sample blurb and the system
plays it back in a nice synthesized voice. It seems like there should be some
way for me to combine all the ingredients that come with XP to accomplish the
desired task. Is this possible or am I dreaming? Thanks in advance for any
constructive insight. (Cheap shots will be taken good naturedly also).
