Setting up a Backup DHCP Server

I'm running in a workgroup with several NT4 and W2k
server's as well as ws's with 95 thru XP and I've got a
single dhcp server. It there a way to set up a backup
DHCP server so that it picks up when my DHCP server is
down? if not what is a good way of implementing something
that is more fail safe? Any help would be appriciated...

You can configure a split scope with two DHCP servers, see this MS
