Setting up 2 users in Outlook

Can I set up Outlook for two seperate users? I want each
one to have there own contacts list.

I'm running Windows XP home edition and Microsoft Office.
 
Yes. You neglected to post your Outlook version. Rather difficult to tell
you how without that.
 
I'm currently running Microsoft Outlook 2002.

Then create a separate profile for each user, and make sure the Outlook Data
File is different in each profile.
