I have an emachine computer with windows xp.
At the bottom right of my screen, it displays the time. On my sons account (on this same computer), he has the date and the time displayed. I like it and want it on mine. He doesn't like it and wants it off his. We can't figure out how to do either.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

If you make the Taskbar two rows high, then the date will show. If you keep it to a single row high, it won't.

I used to get good help from

(e-mail address removed)

but that was before they merged with gateway. More
recently my e-mail to them has bounced. Maybe they'll
talk to you, and got tired of answering my queries.
Good luck.

Hi Lyne,
Right clicking the taskbar and uncheck 'Lock the taskbar', left click the top edge of the taskbar and drag it up two rows high, this will reveal the time and date, then right click again and check 'Lock the taskbar'. Doe that in reverse on your sons account.
Hope that helps'
J.J.
