I have searched and searched and can not determine how (if it is possible) to
set a new text box field to Rich Text or HTML? I need to add a number of text
fields to a form that can be formatted by the end user, pictures copied into,
etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That's not possible. Outlook doesn't support what you're trying to do. Only
the main item body control can contain formatted text and support the
addition of attachments.

Sue,

While disappointing, at least now I know it was not something simple I was
missing. Any suggestions on how to accomplish something like this? Basically
I am using the different tabs to collect different data, but I am trying to
keep it as free form as possible within the definition of the requirements
for each tab.

Thanks again!

I'm not sure what you're asking. You already know how to collect data in
multiple fields using text boxes, right? And you now know that only the
message body can have pictures pasted into it. I'm not sure there's much to
say beyond that. You'll have to decide how to scale back your project to fit
those limitations.
