Setting standard background using group policy

How can i make all users have the same blue background in XP, want to make it
by using group policy.
 
Hi,

Run gpedit.msc, expand:

User configuration
Administrative Templates
Desktop
Active Desktop

Locate "Active Desktop Wallpaper"

Hello

I want to make all users have the standard win 2000 backgroung in xp, the
blue one. I know where hte background are placed on win Xp,
C:\Windows\Web\background. But the standard are not placed there, and if I
chose None background, the users overwrite it with the image they chose.
