K Kelly Feb 27, 2004 #4 Hi Gary, Have them right click the Start Menu, then Explore All Users, it will then be pointing to Start Menu. Open Programs and scroll down to Startup. Either that user or all users: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

G Gary Feb 27, 2004 #6 AHHHHHH!!!!! Just stepped through this with a newbie and accomplished it. However they'll never be able to do it again and will call me every time. Also this question will come up again with other new customers who are at the proficiency of "what is a mouse?" I need a one click solution. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gary
