I am having an issue with Access 2007 whereby a colleague or number of colleagues is deleting records if they make a mistake, obviously this messes with the string and eventually (after about 10 instances) the system crashes and appears irrepairable. Essentially I want to do two things.
1. Track users so I know who does what and when
2. Prohibit deletion of records by users other than myself as a superuser.
I have been on full training for Access but am struggling with this one and would be grateful for any advise that can be given.
