Setting Permissions Without FrontPage Access

I currently have a web created in FP2003 that has a subsite with permissions
where a user is required to enter a username and password to enter and view.

Is there a way to add/edit permissions without access to FP? I have FP at
home, but not at the office and wanted to know if there was a way to get to
the administrations area where I can add/edit permissions without having FP.

Any ideas?

Not unless you have administrator access to the server itself.
