Setting Outlook Disclaimer via Group Policy

I want to configure an outgoing disclaimer message for all
outgoing Outlook emails.

I accessed the following policy setting and enabled it:

UserConfiguration/AdminTemplates/Outlook2002/Tools|Options/
MailFormat/Signature

From here where do I set the disclaimer text? There does
not appear to be any spot to do this.

If you want to set a disclaimer to all outgoing messages, you can do this my
creating a SMTP sink that adds the disclaimer to all messages as they are
being routed out. Microsoft has an instruction on how to do this at
