setting new account

I have e-mail account (e-mail address removed) I am trying to setup this
account to outlook express to enable me to send and recieve e-mails vis
outlook butnfortunately it is allways telling me that no connection with the
server pop3?
i do not know what to do? please guide me.
 
You are using Windows Mail as your default Mail Client, not Outlook Express
or Outlook.

NB: Set Outgoing server (SMTP) to Port 587, not Port 25!

Windows Mail's new account wizard is hard-coded to reject (e-mail address removed)
and (e-mail address removed) addresses. When you enter your email address during setup,
use a dummy one (e.g., (e-mail address removed)). After you've finished, go back
and change the email address to the correct one.

I am trying to set my E Mail address. This is a brand new computer and I
need help. Repeat I'm trying to introduce my E mail address so I can start
to receive my E mails. THANKS
 
Incidentally, your post is coming to us from the future!
That happens when your PC has the wrong time zone. It has
the Pacific time zone although you are actually located in the Eastern
time zone. Be sure to correct that time zone setting.
