Setting Minimum Page margins in IE

I am trying to set the page margins in IE.

The smallest values I can set are:

Left: 0.333
Right: 0.333
Top: 0.25
Bottom: 0.25

I need them to be smaller.

On a different computer's browser, I can get them smaller:

Left: 0.16
Right: 0.16
Top: 0.25
Bottom: 0.25

Why can't I set the first browser smaller?
 
The minimum margin size is dependent on your printer driver.
I assume your current printer does not allow anything smaller.

I suspected that was the case.

Does IE get the minimum from the Default Printer driver?
Can I add a generic printer to get lower minimums?
I have the latest drivers from the manufacturers, is
there a way to alter them?

Yes, IE gets the information from the default printer driver.
Yes, you can change the printer driver to something else.
I do not see any way you can alter a printer driver for a printer that
won't handle smaller margins.
