Just upgraded to Office 12 (2007). Now setting invisible color in graphic
(same graphic as always) no longer works. When attempted, the color to be
made invisible turns white instead of going away as in Office XP. Is there a
bug fix or some setting I have to make to get this working properly?

The feature itself seems to be working, but perhaps it's having trouble with
this particular graphic.

I'd be happy to give it a try here if you'd like to email the graphic to steve

And as a workaround, try this:

Bump up the size of the graphic after inserting it
Select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it
On the Home tab, click the down arrow under Paste and choose Paste Special
Choose PNG as the paste type.

Now resize the image and try making it transparent again.
