setting in gpo for user default website to blank

We have a lot of users whois default website is www.msn.com which is fine
for a few but everyone throughtout the business goes to msn as its Microsoft
Windows default website.

Can it be possible to set this to a blank page from within the GPO instead
of telling each user how its done.
