Hi i have installed and set up an email account for a client (a seemingly
simple task) however there is an issue.
The client allready had an account "main identity" so i created a new
identity so that each email in boxes were totally seperate. fine. However she
is reporting that now when ever she switches identity from the new one back
to her "main identity" the emails in her new inbox appear in her 'main
identity" inbox, and when she goes back to the new identity the inbox is
empty.!
i have never heard such a thing and cant find any stuff on the internet to
help. Is there anything in options that makes the identites behave like this.?
