Hi all

On my Excel I can't seems to be able to edit the cells from the sheet. I can't right click on the cell, and at the same time when this started I can't see my toolbars in view.
So I go to View Toolbars and all I can see is the Standard I can not see any of the other or seems to be able to find them
I removed office complitly from my laptop and reinstall without any luck.

What A I missing?

Is it ok to dump all your customized icons on the toolbars?

If yes, then close excel.
Windows start button|Find (or search)

Look for *.xlb (for hidden files and through hidden folders)

Rename all the *.xlb to *.xlbOLD.

Restart excel and try it out. If it worked ok, delete the *.xlbOLD's and
rebuild your customized toolbar later.

If it didn't work ok, then rename all the *.xlbOLD back to *.xlb.

======
Someone (via a macro) could have disabled all your toolbars--including the
rightclick context menu.

If it happens again, note what you just loaded and try to find the developer for
that file and yell loudly!

The info about the ".xlb" files is interesting and I've
used it before. Now I'm using Excel 2003, and there
doesn't seem to be any "xlb" files. Comment??

I bet you have one. But I bet you have to look for hidden files.

If you can't find how to do that under Windows|Search (each version of Windows
is slightly different), maybe you can use an old DOS command.

Shell to the command prompt:

dir c:\*.xlb /s

(Use all your drives C:\, d:\, ... until you find it.)
