setting first day of the week

i have a query which is view as pivot table. i have make it to view by
weekly. the user will choose the week as they want to do the report. but now
i have facing a problem that is the first day of the week was setting as
sunday. can i change it to monday? i want my first day of the week is
monday. anybody can help me? thanks!
