Hi Ken,
You can use the chkntfs drive: command to display the status of the dirty bit for a
drive. But, if I understand the information correctly, you are not going to be able
to "mark it as clean". Your only option is to use the chkntfs /x drive: command to
disable chkdsk from running on the specified drive(s).
