Setting different power plans for each user

Hello,

I am trying to setup our computer so that my wife and I each have
different power plans. I know it could be done in XP, but whenever I
choose one (Balanced, Performance, etc) on my wife's side it also
chooses it on my account, and vice versa. Is this possible in Windows
Vista?

You can use Task Manager "on event" or other tools to issue the appropriate
command in Powercfg.exe.
