Setting configuration on Windos explorer

I would like to set the windoes exploring configuration so
that every time i invoke WE, i get the folders side pane
and a given set of folders open. Right now it always
reverts to sarting with my document which on a shared
commputer with shared documents section is not whree i
would like to be. I have tried every option with WE
itself.

Suggestion welcome.
