Setting computer password

I created a new computer name in active directory for a new exchange server. The problem is I cannot log into it on the network. I get the following error:

The system cannot log you in on this domain because the systems computer account in it's primary domain is missing or the password on that account is incorrect

I'm pretty sure this is a password problem but I don't know how to set the password to whatever it is it's looking for.

I have seen this before on my network. Sounds like the computer account is
missing or has other problems. Remove it from the domain and then rejoin it
to the domain.

What Johnny said, PLUS: With Win2000 you can quickly try
(in AD Users/Computers) to right-click "reset" the computer account.

You can also try leaving the domain, and rejoining.

Also consider that this may be a NAME RESOLUTION (DNS or WINS)
issue where the computer is not finding a domain controller reliably.

Have you actualy joined the computer to the domain or just created a
computer account? You have to do both ;-)
