Setting Clock in BIOS

I changed the battery but forgot to reset the bios clock.
I changed the hour but when I pushed the right arrow to do the minutes
it jumped to a different area..... Any advice?

The standard way of setting the computer clock is to first re-set it in the
bios. After Windows starts, re-set the Windows clock if it does not follow
the bios clock time.
