Setting Appointments

I am using Outlook 2002. I am trying to setup an
automatic appointment calendar that is able to be viewed
by my customers. And if they see a time slot available
they can choose to "invite me to a meeting" (make the
appointment).
I want the times of 9am to 9pm to be available everyday
but if a time slot has been chosen by my customer I do
not want to accept duplicates of the time slot from
another customer.
Can my customers view my calendar that I publish and
choose an appointment time even if they don't have
Outlook? Or do they also need Outlook?
Can I have them pay before I accept the appointment?

My main thing is I need my customers to make their own
appointments with me within the times of 9am to 9pm. I
will need to have their address and phone number sent
along with appointmnt time they choose.

Very dumb person so please explain step by step or point
me to the appropriate information.
Thanks

Lawerence,

You can make your free/busy viewable on the internet with the following:

291621 OL2002: How to Use the Internet Free/Busy Feature
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=291621

Once you have done this, users may send you appointments with any mail
client in vcard format, and Outlook will be able to handle accepting the
meeting.
