Setting Appointments/Calendar

I would like to have a calendar on my website, in which clients can go to it,
see my schedule, and set appointments for me.

Has anyone done something like this?

Requires either server side coding and a Database or a service

Start by going to www.hotscripts.com and search "Appointment Calendar". You
should find something you can use there - it has scripts for all the major
server-side languages i.e. Perl, PHP, ASPX .NET and classic ASP, and
Javascript.
