I am using PowerPoint 2003. I want to link to .pdf files
that are contained in the same directory as my
presentation without having to specify the entire path
name -- because when I copy this to another person's
computer, they won't have the same path. I *think* the
way to do this is using a relative path, but I can not
find information on how to set up a relative path. I can
see that there is such a thing but don't know how to
specify a relative path. Everytime I specify a file name
when using the "embed hyperlink" function, PowerPoint is
automatically inserting the path name preceding the file
name, whether or not I've typed it in.
