Setting a folders Home Page...getting error

I would like to set the Home Page of a folder (Folder Properties/Home Page/Show Home Page by default for this folder). The address that I would like to show is an ASP.NET web site that also uses javascript. I get script errors when the page is loading. When I load this page in a browser, it works fine. Does Outlook have issues with running script? Is there a better way to do this? Can I set the Home Page to an actual web page (i.e. http://mypage.com) or does it have to be to a file in the file system (i.e. c:\myfile.htm)

Thanks.

Possibly. Outlook version? What IE security zone is that site in?

It can be either one, but different IE security zones may apply.

Start IE, then run Tools | Internet Options | Security.
