Setting a default path and forcing the dictionary language in FP20

Folks,

I use Frontpage 2000 to maintain a website constructed with the same.
Whenever I start Frontpage and click Open it defaults to the root of the C:
drive. Is there a way to set the default path to where I store my site files
(D:\Site\) in the way that you can in Word, Excel and other office
applications?

I have browsed the menus but can't find anything that indicates an option
for this, in the way that, in Excel for example, you go Tools|Options|General
tab and enter your paths.

Also, despite following the Help instructions to change the default
dictionary to UK English, Frontpage seems to insist on dropping back to US
English. Any suggestions?

You set FP to open the last open web / site under Tools | Options.

The default location is stored in the registry

Okay - thanks, guys...

Forgot to mention that I didn't set the site up as a web but as individually
constructed pages, due to the way my space provider works (it's free ISP
space, not a purchased domain). Everything has to be in the same directory,
8.3 filenames, etc! I will have a stroll through the registry to see about
forcing the default path, as I'm quite confident at doing that. Does anyone
know the key to edit, just to save a bit of browsing time, please?

Any thoughts on the dictionary matter?

Rgds,

T.
