SetSocketOption of SendTimeout...

I've known that the ReceiveTimeout option doesn't work in the
CF, but we just started using the updated environment (PPC 2003)
and now SendTimeout doesn't work either.

What gives? How can PPC 2002 support *more* functionality
than 2003? At this rate, we'll be down to running string between
a couple of tin cans in the next version of PPC or so ;)

Any help appreciated,
