Seting up Outlook

How can I set outlook to connect to the web, go to
"webmaila.juno.com/cgi-bin.logon.cgi?" and get my email and save as outlook.
 
Outlook cannot connect to Juno's web mail service as an email account. The
only web mail accounts it supports are Hotmail and MSN. Other Internet
accounts need to be accessible by either the POP3 or IMAP4 protocol. Ask
your provider if that capability exists and, if so, what the server
addresses are.
