Microsoft Internet Information Services

Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services

You'll find help file's etc, on how to use it, at the Microsoft website.

It is possible if it is Win XP pro in win XP Home addition Internet
Information Services is not available.

In XP pro go to:
Control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Run Internet Information
Services (IIS)

Create virtual directory say, "test" is your virtual directory
test.htm is the file you want to brows just do this
http://127.0.0.1/test or http://127.0.0.1/test/test.htm .
It will open you target page. But you have to make sure your IIS
service is running. It is good for testing or learning but for
professional thing it is better to leave for professionals.
