Set up VPN via script

I'm looking for a way to set up Windows XP's built-in PPTP VPN client
via script. I've done some Web searching and I've poked around with
netsh, but so far I haven't found what I need. Any clues for me?

I haven't tried it but poke around in NetSh.exe (NetShell) -- it has
the RRAS server and network interfaces stuff so it MIGHT let
you do this on XP.
