Working in a single domain with one W2K server and 17
clients. 2 questions ...somehow I set up a policy that
forces users to change their password to sign on to the
network, but neglected to add one user to the group. How
do I add that pc to the group.

What is the best way to set up audit policies to detect
and prevent security voilations such as attempts at
compromising network security?

If you've set up a group policy, I have to assume you know how to add users
to groups using the AD Users and Computers tool. If not, you might not want
to be fooling around on that network anymore.

Again, if you're having administration troubles, I'd seriously suggest that
you resolve those issues before you tackle anything else. "Security" is an
on-going and involved process, and isn't a "checklist" kind of thing.
