I have installed Outlook 2003 on a new computer with Windows Vista. All of
the configurations appear correct and when I send a test message I get no
error message. I do not receive the test message into my "Inbox" but when I
access my e-mail account via Hotmail I can see my message on the ISP server.
I have contacted my ISP and they are insisting it is a Microsoft problem.
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
What kind of account are you using? HTTP? POP3? Hotmail without a paid account?

Well, that's fine but don't make me do the footwork for him.
