We'd like to be able to have Outlook XP auto delete messages in the deleted folder once a week. Does anyone know how to set that up?

You can use the Auto-Archive feature to achieve this result.

Hope this helps.

Vee,

The archiving process will "archive" items based on Modified Date. Please
see the following article for details.

Also, please make sure to read through the following article to make sure
you are configuring the feature correctly.

Hope this helps.
