Set up O2003 for fax

Can anyone tell me how I set up Outlook 2003 to send faxes over a modem?
No, I don't want to use a fax service.

Better to ask them for details.
Note that you had better uninstall Windows FAX serivice
which you don't want to use for eliminating unexpected
conflict with other FAX software you will install.
